Helios Towers Welcomes New Board Member

Helios Towers Plc (GB:HTWS) has released an update.

Helios Towers PLC has announced a board reshuffle with Helis Zulijani-Boye stepping down as Non-Executive Director and being succeeded by David Wassong, a representative from major shareholder Newlight Partners LP. The company, a leading telecommunication tower operator in Africa and the Middle East, manages over 14,000 sites and is known for its pioneering infrastructure-sharing model. Chairman Sir Sam Jonah welcomed Wassong’s wealth of experience and anticipated his positive contribution to the company’s future.
