Helios Towers Launches Senior Notes Offering

Helios Towers (GB:HTWS) has released an update.

Helios Towers PLC’s subsidiary, HTA Group Ltd, has initiated an offering of fixed rate senior notes to fund the repurchase and redemption of its existing $650,022,000 senior notes due in 2025. The repurchase is part of a tender offer, conditional on the successful issuance of the new notes. Major investors, including British International Investment plc and others, have expressed intentions to purchase substantial amounts within the initial distribution.
