Helios Towers PLC has disclosed a transaction by Newlight Partners LP, a company closely associated with board director David Wassong. The transaction involved the sale of 18.8 million ordinary shares at a price of GBP 1.15 each, conducted outside of a trading venue on June 19, 2024.
