An announcement from Helios Towers ( (GB:HTWS) ) is now available.
HTA Group, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Helios Towers, has priced a U.S.$500 million issuance of 6.750% senior notes due 2031, guaranteed on a senior basis by the parent and certain subsidiaries. The notes, issued at 98.960% of par with semi-annual coupons, are targeted at institutional and professional investors rather than retail buyers in the EEA and UK.
Proceeds will be used primarily to prepay U.S.$445 million of existing term facilities, with the balance allocated to general corporate purposes and transaction costs. Management says the refinancing extends Helios Towers’ average debt maturity to around four years, reduces its cost of debt to about 6.7% and leaves nearly all borrowings on fixed rates, reinforcing the group’s capital structure as it pursues its IMPACT 2030 growth strategy.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:HTWS) stock is a Buy with a £270.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Helios Towers stock, see the GB:HTWS Stock Forecast page.
