Helios Towers Achieves Moody’s B1 Credit Upgrade

Helios Towers Plc (GB:HTWS) has released an update.

Helios Towers Plc, a leader in telecommunications infrastructure, has received a credit rating boost from Moody’s Investors Service, upgrading their long-term corporate family rating to B1 with a stable outlook. This upgrade is a result of the company’s successful deleveraging efforts, positive free cash flow projections, and strong growth, especially in higher-rated markets like Oman, Tanzania, and the DRC. The company’s strategic growth and financial health are underscored by this being the second B1-equivalent rating it has received, following Fitch’s rating in the previous year.
