Helios Underwriting has announced that Nigel Hanbury, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman, along with associates, has opted for a scrip dividend, receiving a total of 46,306 new ordinary shares. This transaction increases Hanbury’s stake to 12.67% of the company’s voting rights. Helios, a player in the Lloyd’s insurance market, continues its operations with a strong focus on property and casualty insurance and reinsurance.
