Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia Ltd, operating under the name HELIA GROUP LIMITED, has announced the cancellation of 4,247,909 of its ordinary fully paid shares as a result of an on-market buy-back that concluded on September 17, 2024. The buy-back is part of the company’s strategy to manage its capital, and the announcement was made officially to the market on September 19, 2024.
