Hebei Construction Group Corporation Limited has announced the sale of its entire 100% equity interest in Zhongwei Construction to Baoding Qiande and Baoding Qianyao. The transaction qualifies as a discloseable transaction according to the Listing Rules, falling between 5% and 25% of the applicable percentage ratios, thus requiring notification and announcement but not shareholder approval. This divestment follows a series of equity interest transfers involving Zhongwei Construction and marks the company’s exit from holding any stakes in the said entity.
