Heavy Minerals Ltd has announced a change in the holdings of director Aaron Williams, who through indirect interest, acquired 52,756 fully paid ordinary shares at a total value of $3,779.41. Following this transaction, Williams’s total indirect shareholding in the company includes 405,704 ordinary shares and one million options across four tranches with varying expiry dates and exercise prices. These recent on-market purchases reflect an ongoing change in the director’s investment in the company.
