Heavy Minerals Ltd has disclosed a change in Director Aaron Williams’ indirect interests in the company, where he acquired 18,400 fully paid ordinary shares at a total value of $1,199.4 through on-market purchases. Post-transaction, Williams’ indirect shareholding totals 352,948 shares, alongside options across various tranches with expiry in December 2026.
