Heavitree Brewery (GB:HVT) has released an update.

Heavitree Brewery PLC has disclosed several insider transactions involving executive directors Graham John Crocker and Terry Wheatley, and the spouse of an executive, Jane Crocker. The transactions include both the awarding and purchase of A Ordinary Shares under the company’s Share Incentive Plan, with some shares awarded at no cost and others purchased at £1.025 each, all conducted outside of a trading venue on May 14, 2024.
