Hearts and Minds Investments has disclosed a change in director Gary Weiss’s relevant interest following his receipt of 1,926 fully paid ordinary shares under the company’s dividend reinvestment plan on 16 April 2026. The additional allocation, held indirectly through superannuation and related entities, increases Weiss’s total holding to 507,846 shares.

The company acknowledged that it failed to lodge the required change of director’s interest notice within the prescribed five business days due to an administrative oversight. It characterised the delay as a non‑material, isolated incident and affirmed that its existing securities trading policy and directors’ awareness of their disclosure obligations remain adequate for compliance with ASX listing rules.
