Heartland Group Holdings Ltd. announces the appointment of Andrew Dixson as the new CEO, succeeding Jeff Greenslade, effective October 1, 2024. Dixson, who has been with Heartland since 2010 and has played a key role in the company’s strategic acquisitions and growth, will also become a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Heartland Bank. The changes reflect a significant evolution in Heartland’s structure, with the Deputy Group CEO role being disestablished and Chris Flood departing on October 31, 2024.
