Healthier Choices Management Corp. is set to distribute common shares of Healthy Choice Wellness Corp. to its stockholders as part of a spin-off, with key dates being September 9, 2024, as the record date and September 12, 2024, as the distribution date. Stockholders will receive a pro rata dividend of HCWC Class A and Class B common stock without needing to take any action. The new HCWC shares are expected to start trading on the NYSE American on September 13, 2024, under the ticker “HCWC.”
