HealthCo Healthcare & Wellness REIT Director Increases Stake: Joseph Carrozzi AM, a director at HealthCo Healthcare and Wellness REIT, has increased his direct interest in the company by acquiring 12,513 additional fully paid ordinary units at $1.22 each, bringing his total holdings to 398,486 units. This transaction was part of a voluntary non-executive director unit acquisition arrangement and did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
