Healius Limited has issued a final director’s interest notice following the departure of director Ravi Jeyaraj, who ceased his position on August 2, 2024. The notice, submitted to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.3, reveals that Jeyaraj held no securities in the company at the time of his departure.
