Headwater Gold Inc. has announced the completion of a significant $1.54 million funding round with Centerra Gold Inc., resulting in Centerra acquiring a 9.9% stake in Headwater. This strategic investment, bolstered by an investor rights agreement, will finance exploration activities in the western United States and support the company’s working capital needs.
