Headwater Gold Inc. has announced a significant expansion of its Spring Peak and Lodestar projects in Nevada by 97%, initiating an extensive district-scale exploration program funded through agreements with Newmont Corporation. The company has begun a multi-rig drilling program, targeting extensions of mineralization at the Disco Zone discovery, and has identified a new target area, the Doug zone, with promising initial gold sampling results.
