HDFC Bank Launches New GIFT City Subsidiary

Hdfc Bank (HDB) has released an update.

HDFC Bank has announced the incorporation of HDFC Securities IFSC Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of HDFC Securities Limited, aimed at providing broking and clearing services in the International Financial Services Centre at GIFT City. This initiative, effective from October 1, 2024, marks a significant step for HDFC Bank in expanding its financial services footprint. The new subsidiary is set to offer various financial products to residents, NRIs, and FPIs listed in the special economic zone.
