Hazer Group Limited director Glenn Corrie increased his stake in the company, acquiring 270,000 Shares and 67,500 HZRO Options, bringing his total holdings to 582,500 Shares and 223,750 HZRO Options. The acquisition is part of a Tranche 2 Placement previously announced, with shares priced at $0.50 each and options attached on a 1-for-4 basis. There were no disposals of securities, and the transactions did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
