Hays plc has announced the retirement of Doug Evans, their long-serving Company Secretary, effective from 26 August 2024. The company expresses gratitude for his contributions over 11 years. Rachel Ford will take over the role, bringing her experience as a seasoned lawyer and company secretary from Gatwick Airport and previous senior legal positions.
