Hawk Resources Ltd. has announced that its 73,087,255 HWKOA listed options, which are exercisable at $0.16, will expire on September 9, 2025. The company notes that these options are substantially ‘out of the money,’ and as a result, it will not be sending personalized notices to option holders. The official quotation of these options on the ASX will cease on September 3, 2025. If the market price of the company’s shares exceeds $0.16 before the expiry date, an option expiry notice will be sent to holders.
