Haw Par Corporation Limited conducted its 55th Annual General Meeting, emphasizing the legacy of the late Chairman Dr. Wee Cho Yaw’s visionary leadership, which has been fundamental to the company’s long-term success. The Board also expressed gratitude to retiring director Mr. Gn Hiang Meng for his significant contributions, marking a step towards board renewal. The meeting proceeded with a quorum and was chaired by Mr. Wee Ee Chao.
