Haw Par Corporation Limited has announced significant changes to its Board and Board Committees, effective from April 23, 2024. These changes include the appointment of Mr Chew Choon Soo as the Chairman of both the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee, and Mr Ong Sim Ho as a new member of the Audit and Risk Committee, Nominating Committee, and Remuneration Committee.
