Hastings Technology Metals Ltd has announced a new proposed issue of securities, with a maximum of 19,647,000 ordinary fully paid shares to be issued. The announcement, made on 9th July 2024, is intended to be quoted on the ASX provided the securities meet the listing rules requirements. The proposed issue date for these securities is set for 8th August 2024.
