Harworth Group PLC has announced the acquisition of Partnership Shares and the awarding of free Matching Shares under the company’s 2019 Share Incentive Plan for its employees, including top executives, on September 16, 2024. The Matching Shares become available without income tax or National Insurance contributions if they remain in the plan for five years. The transactions involved Harworth’s ordinary shares and took place on the London Stock Exchange and outside a trading venue.
