Harworth Group plc has announced its inclusion in the FTSE 250 Index, reflecting the company’s consistent growth and delivery on strategic objectives since its 2015 re-listing. With a 137% increase in Statutory Net Assets and an ambitious pipeline, including 9.6 million sq. ft. of consented Industrial & Logistics space, the company aims to reach an EPRA NDV of £1 billion by 2027. CEO Lynda Shillaw credits this achievement to the team’s dedication and the support of shareholders.
