Titon Holdings PLC has announced that Harwood Capital LLP now holds a 28.00% voting rights stake in the company following a recent transaction, an increase from their previous holding of 27.03%. The threshold was crossed on April 15, 2024, and Titon Holdings was notified the next day. The shares are directly held by Rockwood Strategic Plc, with the total number of voting rights reaching 3,150,000.
