Hartshead Resources NL Director Nathan Lude has increased his indirect stake in the company by 5,000,000 ordinary shares through an on-market trade, at a total cost of $30,000. Following the transaction, Lude now indirectly holds a total of 28,025,243 fully paid ordinary shares. This change in director’s interest has been formally disclosed to the ASX as per the regulatory requirements.
