Hartshead Director Bolsters Share Ownership

Hartshead Resources NL (AU:HHR) has released an update.

In a recent update, Hartshead Resources NL announced a significant change in the holdings of their director, Nathan Lude, who acquired an additional 2 million fully paid ordinary shares through an on-market trade. This purchase, valued at $12,000, increased Lude’s indirect interest in the company to a total of 30,025,243 ordinary shares. No other changes in director’s interests in contracts were reported, and the transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
