Harris Technology Director Buys More Shares

Harris Technology Group Limited (AU:HT8) has released an update.

Harris Technology Group Limited has disclosed a change in the interests of director Garrison Huang, who has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 699,854 ordinary shares on-market for a total of $6,996.44. This transaction, reported via an Appendix 3Y form to the ASX, has brought Huang’s total holdings to 93,759,475 ordinary shares and 4,000,000 options. No changes were reported in director’s interests in contracts, and the transactions did not occur during a closed period.
