Harmonic Inc. announced the redemption of all its outstanding 2.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2024, to take place on April 18, 2024, at a redemption price of 100% of the principal plus accrued interest. Noteholders have the option to convert their Notes into shares of common stock at a rate of 117.1485 shares per $1,000 principal amount until April 16, 2024. The Company will use a Combination Settlement for conversions with a set dollar amount per principal of the Notes.
