Hargreaves Services PLC has announced that PDMR David Anderson exercised options over 15,162 shares and sold 7,126 of them to cover tax liabilities, following which his total shareholding stands at 113,653 shares. After the transaction, the company has 291,530 shares in treasury and a total of 32,847,226 voting rights. The shares were sold at 606 pence each, and the series of transactions took place both outside of a trading venue and on the London Stock Exchange, AIM.
