Hargreaves Services PLC, a diversified service provider for industrial and property sectors, has announced the transfer of 8,249 shares from its treasury on August 28, 2024, to fulfill an employee’s share option exercise. Following the transfer, the company retains 224,149 Ordinary Shares in treasury, with a total voting rights figure now standing at 32,914,607. This recent share activity follows the guidelines of the Company’s Executive Share Option Scheme 2021.
