Hargreaves Executives Trade Shares and Update Voting Rights

Hargreaves Services (GB:HSP) has released an update.

Hargreaves Services PLC has reported that two of their senior managers, Stephen Craigen and Stephen Barker, exercised options and immediately sold a portion of their shares to cover tax liabilities, resulting in Craigen and Barker retaining 0.06% and 0.08% of the firm’s total issued share capital, respectively. Following these transactions, the company has updated its total number of voting rights to 32,832,064, with 306,692 Ordinary Shares remaining in treasury.
