Hargreaves Executives Engage in Share Transactions

Hargreaves Services (GB:HSP) has released an update.

Hargreaves Services has announced a series of share transactions involving its executives, where Stephen Craigen transferred shares to his wife without affecting his total holding, and Gordon Banham exercised options and intends to transfer these shares to his own company. Following these transactions, the company discloses that the total number of voting rights stands at 32,961,775, with 176,981 Ordinary Shares remaining in treasury.
