Hargreave Hale AIM VCT PLC has announced the reference price for its new Ordinary Shares under the Dividend Re-investment Scheme (DRIS) at 37.54p, based on the last published ex-dividend NAV per share as of 31 January 2025. The new shares are associated with final and special dividends declared on 18 December 2024, with payment and allotment scheduled for 14 February 2025, and trading expected to begin on or around 21 February 2025.
