Harfang Exploration Inc. has successfully completed a private placement, raising $602,650 through the sale of flow-through common shares. The funds will be used to advance their gold and lithium exploration projects in Québec and Ontario. Insiders participated in the offering, which is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
