Harfang Exploration Acquires NewOrigin to Bolster Ontario Assets

Harfang Exploration (TSE:HAR) has released an update.

Harfang Exploration Inc. announces the strategic acquisition of NewOrigin Gold Corp., aiming to consolidate their position in Ontario by merging assets along the Casa Berardi deformation zone and gaining an underexplored property in the Pickle Lake mining camp. The deal, valued at $1.44 million, will result in NewOrigin shareholders owning about 20% of Harfang’s shares post-transaction. This acquisition promises to create significant value for shareholders of both companies through increased potential for discovery and capital efficiency in the mining industry.
