Harbour Energy (GB:HBR) has released an update.
Harbour Energy PLC has reported a change in major shareholdings following the acquisition or disposal of voting rights by Control Empresarial de Capitales, S.A. de C.V., with the threshold being crossed on September 4, 2024. The Mexican entity now holds 4.775% of the voting rights in the company, totaling 68,766,942 voting rights, a decrease from the previous notification of 8.06%.
