Harbour Energy PLC has announced that as of August 31, 2024, their issued share capital includes 770,387,788 Ordinary Shares, each with voting rights, and the company currently holds no shares in treasury. This share count is the reference shareholders should use to assess if they need to disclose changes in their stake in the company, as per the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
