Serko ( (SERKF) ) has provided an update.

Harbour Asset Management has disclosed a change in its substantial holding in Serko Limited, a New Zealand-listed company, following a series of on-market trades conducted since December 2025. The filing, made to NZX, updates the market on the revised ownership levels of Serko shares held or controlled by Harbour and related entities.

Harbour Asset Management has increased its stake in Serko’s ordinary shares from 15.062% to 16.189%, now holding 20,217,348 shares out of 124,881,635 on issue. The move, driven by significant on-market purchases that outweighed smaller sales, signals a strengthened position by a major institutional investor and may be interpreted as a vote of confidence in Serko’s prospects by a key shareholder.

BNZ Investment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary with holdings managed by Harbour, now holds 5,266,907 Serko shares, amounting to 4.218% of the company. These shares are subject to Harbour’s investment management powers, under which Harbour can exercise voting rights and control acquisition or disposal on behalf of its clients.
