Haranga Resources Limited announced successful passage of all resolutions during its Annual General Meeting, including the adoption of the Remuneration Report, re-election of directors Mr. Peter Batten and Mr. John Davis, approval of a 10% Placement Facility, and appointment of a new auditor. The resolutions were decisively passed by poll, reflecting strong shareholder support.
