An announcement from Hanza AB ( (SE:HANZA) ) is now available.
HANZA AB has completed its HANZA 2025 strategy by building five manufacturing clusters in Europe and three Gateway factories outside Europe, creating a broad industrial platform serving customer segments including electrification, defense, heavy equipment, and industrial products. The group will reorganize in 2026 into three geographic regions and introduce customer-based segmentation to better track and manage its diversified client base.
Under a new HANZA 2028 strategy, the company is shifting focus to further develop its manufacturing technologies to increase customer value and scale its business model. Reflecting this ambition, HANZA has sharply raised its 2028 financial targets to at least SEK 14 billion in net sales and a 9% operating margin, while maintaining existing balance sheet and dividend policies, signaling confidence in continued growth and profitability.
The new regional structure will be reported from 2027 and will integrate R&D activities into local organizations, with a separate segment for group-wide business development and central costs. Management will detail the updated strategy, revised targets, BMK integration, and the LYNX defense initiative at its Capital Markets Day, underscoring the company’s intent to strengthen its market position across key industrial and defense-related segments.
The most recent analyst rating on (SE:HANZA) stock is a Buy with a SEK172.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Hanza AB stock, see the SE:HANZA Stock Forecast page.
