Hansard Global plc has announced the resignation of Jose Ribeiro from his roles as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, effective 31 December 2024, as he takes on a new executive position. The company has appointed Lynzi Harrison, with her extensive industry experience, as the new Independent Non-Executive Director, starting 11 December 2024. The Nominations Committee will soon determine new appointments for the vacated roles.
