Thaden’s appointment, effective immediately, is in line with an agreement with Castle Creek Capital Partners, which has reached a significant ownership stake in the company. He will serve on the boards until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, with no current committee assignments or related party transactions requiring disclosure.
