Hannan Metals Limited has announced the oversubscription and subsequent increase of their previously announced non-brokered private placement financing, now aiming to raise up to C$3.5 million through the issuance of 10 million units. Each unit consists of a share and a half-warrant, which can be exercised at C$0.50. The proceeds will primarily fund exploration activities in Peru and Chile and for general corporate purposes.
