Hannan Metals Limited has successfully completed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement, raising C$3.7 million by issuing over 10.5 million units at C$0.35 each. Major shareholder Teck maintained its 9.84% stake with a C$250,000 investment. The funds will fuel exploration in Peru and Chile and general corporate needs, with no finder’s fees or commissions paid.
