Hanison Construction Holdings has announced the appointment of Ms. Hao Quan as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Nomination Committee, starting from 19 September 2024. Ms. Hao brings a wealth of experience from her background in audit, accounting, and education, having held notable positions in various organizations including KPMG and Legend Holdings Corporation. Her appointment, set for a three-year term, aligns with the company’s governance rules and she will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$350,000.
