Hanison Construction Holdings has announced that all proposed resolutions from their Annual General Meeting on August 20, 2024, were approved by shareholders, including the re-election of directors, adoption of financial statements, and the authorization of share dealings. The results affirm strong shareholder confidence with a majority of votes in favor of each resolution. No treasury shares were held and all directors attended the AGM.
